    Instrument Sales Executive (Lagos)

    • In this role, you will lead a cross-cutting growth workstream to identify and develop strategies for delivering the company's long-term revenue projections.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Achieve the set revenue target from Instrument Sales within the assigned Territory
    • Maintain Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) of no more than 45 days
    • Maintain Net Profit Margin of 40%
    • Deliver Quarterly and Monthly Revenue and Profitability Forecasts (95% accuracy)

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Medical or Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field with at least a second-class upper division.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales of medical equipment, laboratory products, or diagnostics.
    • Strong knowledge of laboratory workflows and existing network of contacts in research labs, diagnostics labs, hospitals, or pharma companies is a preferred qualification.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
    • Willingness to travel frequently as required.

    Team Lead, Credit & Collections (Lagos)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Facilitate Credit Risk Management & Policy Compliance
    • Develop and Manage Strategies for Collections & Receivables Optimisation
    • Engage Customer Relationship Management & Dispute Resolution where necessary
    • Reporting, Compliance & Financial Controls
    • Identify inefficiencies in the credit con- trol and collections processes, define an optimisation strategy and implement

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field with a minimum of a second-class upper division. ICAN is a must-have.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a healthcare facility. Knowledge of Conduct Credit Risk Analysis, Collections & Debt Recovery
    • Ability to generate AR aging reports, bad debt provisions, and credit reports.
    • Experience with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics for credit management.
    • Understanding of debt recovery laws, IFRS, and financial regulations.
    • Ability to implement automation tools to improve credit and collection efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities.

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets for reagents and related products.
    • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers through regular visits, presentations, and follow-ups.
    • Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers as needed. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

    • Achieve 100% targets of all strategic OEM partners.
    • Achieve 20% of the Sales from new Customers and Menu Expansion through regular training of the Reagents Team and the Customers.
    • Drive sales of New Instruments for assigned OEM through team trainings and Innovative Customer Loyalty Programs/Promotions.
    • Engage with OEM Partners for relevant discounts to achieve a more competitive customer value proposition.
    • Achieve 90% Activation of the installed base for OEM Instruments.
    • Maintain product expiries of less than 1% of sales.
