Reagent Sales Executive (Lagos, Delta, Abuja) at ISN Medical

Key Responsibilities.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets for reagents and related products.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers through regular visits, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers as needed. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
• Collaborate with the instrument, engineering and product teams to plan and execute continuous medical education for clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Medical or Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field with a minimum of a second-class upper division.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales of medical equipment, laboratory products, or diagnostics.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory workflows and reagent applications is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel frequently as required.
