    Office Driver

    Job Description

    • The General Office Driver is responsible for providing safe, timely, and efficient transportation services for staff, visitors, and company materials.
    • The role includes maintaining assigned vehicles, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations, supporting office logistics, and assisting with administrative errands as required.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Safely transport staff, visitors, and company materials as required.
    • Deliver and collect documents, packages, and office supplies.
    • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and well-maintained.
    • Maintain accurate trip, fuel, and maintenance records.
    • Assist with official errands and other administrative support tasks.
    • Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of High School Diploma / Secondary School Certificate.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years' proven experience as a professional driver.
    • Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
    • Ability to read and follow maps is an added advantage
    • Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is an advantage.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
