Job Overview

Key Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the company's servers, network systems, and telecommunication infrastructure.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and monitoring of hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Ensure the security, availability, and integrity of the company's data and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
• Provide technical assistance and support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems.
• Set up and maintain user accounts, email addresses, and access privileges.
• Conduct regular system backups and ensure data recovery procedures are in place.
• Assist in the evaluation, procurement, and installation of IT equipment and software.
• Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect the company's confidential information and systems.
• Monitor network traffic and identify potential security breaches or vulnerabilities.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Conduct periodic audits to assess system vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Design, implement, and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPN connections.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimize network resources.

Minimum Qualification & Experience Required

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-4 Years relevant experience in Information Technology.
