    Incubation Programmes Officer

    Job Summary:

    • We seek a resourceful, dedicated, and highly organized Incubation Programs Officer who is passionate about supporting entrepreneurs and driving positive change in the Nigerian entrepreneurship landscape.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of enterprise development incubation programs and projects in line with the FATE School’s strategic direction.

    Key responsibilities will include:

    • Assist in coordinating and monitoring the delivery of incubation programs, including entrepreneurial training, business development support, mentoring, and masterclasses.
    • Assist with designing and developing the incubation program curriculum and training modules.
    • Ensure effective communication between key program partners, FATE volunteers, and entrepreneurs while fostering a positive relationship to support program objectives.
    • Update and maintain a comprehensive database of the incubation program participants as required.
    • Proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance program effectiveness and liaise with the Head, StartUps & Youth Enterprise to ensure successful program implementation.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to manage digital media communication for the incubation program's website and social media platforms.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • 2 years relevant work experience in program coordination or any related role.
    • Keen interest in and understanding of the entrepreneurial sector.
    • Strong project/programme management skills.
    • Well-organized, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task effectively.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with program participants and other stakeholders and to also work with team members effectively.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision under tight deadlines.
    • Business and investment acumen.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite effectively.
    • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management science or any social science related discipline from an accredited university.
    • Strong interest and passion for the non-profit or development sector.
