The role of ICT officer exists within the ICT department to provide system support, management, and problem-solving services. It supports operational efficiency and ensures seamless technology performance across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Manage user accounts, system configurations, and IT assets
Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure
Ensure data security, backups, and system updates
Support the implementation of new IT tools and digital solutions.
Qualification
BSc/HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
3–5 years experience in IT support or system administration
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and cybersecurity principles
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (implementation and support).
Knowledge of SQL, system integration, and reporting tools is an advantage.
Good communication skills with ability to train and support end users.
