    Human Resources Specialist

    Job Summary:

    • The Human Resources Specialist will play an essential role in supporting HR functions across the organization. This role involves managing recruitment processes, employee relations, payroll processing, performance management, and HR compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Recruitment & Onboarding:

    • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate selection.
    • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

    Employee Relations:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
    • Foster a positive working environment by addressing employee concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.

    Performance Management:

    • Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
    • Support managers in goal setting, coaching, and conducting performance reviews.

    HR Compliance:

    • Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal employment laws.
    • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.

    Training & Development:

    • Identify and coordinate employee training and development programs.
    • Support initiatives that promote employee engagement and continuous learning.

    Compensation & Benefits Administration:

    • Manage payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and related inquiries.
    • Assist in reviewing and updating compensation structures and benefits packages.

    HR Projects & Initiatives:

    • Support or lead HR projects, such as employee satisfaction surveys, policy development, or diversity and inclusion initiatives.
    • Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to management on HR-related activities and trends.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR roles, with experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance preferred.
