Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Assist in the implementation of people engagement initiatives across Asharami Synergy Ltd locations.
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
Help drive the performance Management system and processes in Asharami Synergy.
Assist with preparations for disciplinary and grievance hearings as necessary and other day to day disciplinary issues.
Assist in reviewing and developing relevant company policies and procedures and providing information in relation to employee conduct and absences.
Ensure compliance with the relevant statutory quality management systems, including ISO certification, that are applicable to Asharami Synergy's business. This includes adhering to the regulations and requirements of statutory bodies such as NSITF, ITF, Pencomm, and others.
Liaising with other units of HR to ensure regular update of employee records and alignment of group HR strategic initiatives in Asharami Synergy.
Responsible for timely preparation of weekly /monthly report as at when due.
Carry out other duties within the scope of the role and with full regard to the confidential nature of the HR function.

Minimum Qualification
