Human Resources Officer at Helean Global Limited

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day HR activities in the factory
• Manage the sourcing process of factory workers and onboarding
• Create and manage salary files using Microsoft excel 
• Foster a positive workplace culture and lead workers engagement initiatives
• Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts effectively
• Performance management of all the Factory Employees 
• Handle HR documentation and reporting 
• Perform other HR duties as required

Requirements:                                                

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5 years of HR experience, factory experience is compulsory 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 
• Candidate must reside within Berger, Mowe-Ibafo and its environs
