We are looking for an HR trainer with expertise in work ethics for tutors.
The ideal candidate should have experience in the education sector, particularly in training educators on maintaining professionalism, enhancing teaching effectiveness, and fostering positive student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver training programs focused on work ethics for tutors, covering areas like punctuality, effective communication, class attendance, and professionalism.
Provide strategies to minimize classroom distractions and maintain a conducive learning environment.
Evaluate and improve teaching methods to ensure alignment with Brint Online School's values and curriculum standards.
Design workshops and materials that address the challenges tutors face in an online or hybrid learning environment.
Requirements
Proven experience in HR training or as an educator with a focus on teacher development.
Strong knowledge of ethical teaching practices and their impact on student learning.
Ability to design and implement engaging and practical training sessions.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Familiarity with online or blended learning models is a plus.
