Human Resources Manager at Terawork

Key Duties:

• Participates in the recruitment process through monitoring of staff requisition approval.
• Administer appropriate testing processes for recruitment across the organization for transparency.
• Monitoring of employee records, and paperwork and ensuring they are kept up to date in line with statutory employment relations.
• Oversee employee integrity, health, and safety status through a pre-employment medical examination.
• Manages the welfare support program of the organization including HMO, and leave management.
• Provides necessary support to ensure HR provides timely and effective services across the organization.
• Assist in the implementation of the performance management system.
• Provides necessary support in the implementation of HR policies.
• Act as the first point of call on all employee relations matters.

Job Requirements

• Minumun B.SC. in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Required experience is 6 years and candidates must have an impressionable personality with strong authority, relationship background, pedigree, and solid conflict resolution competencies.
• Candidates amongst other qualities must possess sound leadership, coordination, administrative, and office management capabilities with strong team spirit and a formidable workforce player.
• Computer literacy with sound MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint skills are standard requirements and expectations from candidates under this category.
