    Human Resources Manager

    Description

    • One of our Clients, a major player in its industry, urgently needs the services of a mature, well experienced and highly resourceful HR professional to join its Management Team as a Human Resources Manager

    Job Description

    • Overseeing the Human Resources Management function of the company.
    • Development and execution of appropriate HR strategies, policies and procedures that drive the business
    • Efficient management of company's human resources to build a highly skilled, motivated and engaged workforce
    • Effective HR service delivery across the entire organisation
    • Planning and forecasting of manpower requirements.
    • Formulation and implementation of effective recruitment strategies
    • Articulation of talent attraction and retention measures
    • Design and implementation of need-based, cost effective learning and development strategies
    • Articulation and execution of succession and career management strategies
    • Formulation and implementation of effective performance management strategies
    • Design, implementation and effective monitoring of employee reward systems, policies and programs
    • Management of company's staff productivity enhancement and transformation strategies.
    • Management of company's human resource commitments and obligations
    • Provision of overall guidance, support and strategic direction in the execution of administrative duties across all functions
    • Etc

    Job Specification

    • Minimum of 10 years' professional experience
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role from a reputable organisation
    • Minimum of a first degree in a relevant field
    • Possession of a relevant Professional Certification
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian employment & labour laws, regulations and guidelines
    • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
    • Strong leadership skills
    • A highly self-driven personality Etc
