Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Monument Distillers Nigeria Limited, located in Lagos.
• The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
• Key responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing performance appraisals, handling conflict resolutions, designing employee training programs, and fostering an inclusive and positive company culture.
• The manager will also work closely with leadership to implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Experience with Performance Management and Appraisal systems
• Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in resolving workplace conflicts and fostering team collaboration
• Ability to design and execute employee development and training programs
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus)
• Proven track record of managing HR operations in a mid to large-sized organization
