    Human Resources Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    Administration:

    • Oversee daily office management, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
    • ⁠Manage and maintain company records, documentation, contracts, and operational paperwork.
    • ⁠Oversee supplies, vendor management, and general office upkeep.
    • ⁠Ensure administrative processes are efficient and fully compliant with internal standards

    Human Resources:

    • Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
    • ⁠Manage HR documentation, employee contracts, and HR compliance.
    • ⁠Oversee learning, development, and growth plans for team members.
    • ⁠Drive employee engagement and welfare programs to maintain a collaborative and productive work environment.
    • ⁠Handle conflict resolution, employee relations, and HR best practices.
    • ⁠Develop and review HR policies to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with labor laws.
    • ⁠Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure timely remittance of statutory payments.
    • ⁠Prepare and deliver presentations on HR-related topics.
    • ⁠Prepare and analyze HR reports, providing insights to inform

    Operations:

    • ⁠Oversee internal workflows and ensure seamless project execution across departments.
    • ⁠Manage operational processes for client projects, ensuring quality control and timeline adherence.
    • ⁠Collaborate with project leads to troubleshoot operational challenges.
    • ⁠Continuously optimize internal systems and workflows for maximum efficiency and productivity.
    • ⁠Support daily agency operations to meet client and internal deliverables

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in hands-on Human Resources in a structured environment
    • Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
    • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong work ethic, critical evaluation, and emotional intelligence
    • Strategic thinking and attention to detail
    • Professional HR certification, CIPM, etc.) is a strong advantage
