    Human Resources Manager

    Reports to: Creative Director

    Job Summary:

    We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Recruitment and Talent Management:

    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Manage the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and offers.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

    Employee Engagement and Relations:

    • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
    • Manage employee conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

    Benefits Administration and Compliance:

    • Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, pension, and leave policies.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

    Performance Management and Development:

    • Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance.
    • Identify training and development needs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

    HR Operations and Administration:

    • Manage HR-related administrative tasks, including record-keeping, reporting, and data analysis.
    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data and records.

    Requirements:

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

    Experience:

    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.

    Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Proficient in HR software and systems, such as HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration.

    Certifications:

    • Professional certifications, such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or GPHR, are an added advantage.
