Content and Brand Strategist at a Reputable Company

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are an industrial automation company looking to strengthen our digital presence and position ourselves as a thought leader and trusted expert in the industry.

We are seeking a Content & Brand Strategist who can handle content creation end-to-end — from shooting videos and developing content ideas to editing, posting, and managing our presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.

This role goes beyond posting content — it is about telling our story, showcasing our expertise, and building credibility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation

• Plan, shoot, and edit videos (site visits, installations, demos, interviews, explainers)
• Capture photos and videos during projects, trainings, and field activities

Site photos and videos will mostly be provided by site engineers. **

Content Strategy & Ideation

In Collaboration with our Engineers,

• Develop content ideas aligned with industrial automation and B2B audiences
• Convert technical processes into simple, educational, and engaging content

Editing & Design

• Edit short-form and long-form videos
• Design branded graphics, infographics, and LinkedIn carousels
• Ensure visual consistency with the company brand

Social Media Management

• Plan and manage posting schedules
• Optimize content for LinkedIn (primary), YouTube, and Facebook
• Monitor engagement and performance metrics

Relevant Sills/Experience

• Proven experience creating and managing content for brands (is a strong advantage)
• Good video shooting and editing skills
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, etc.)
• Ability to understand and create visuals of technical or industrial concepts
