    Human Resources (HR) Manager

    Job Description

    • Ensure that the company’s employment and administrative policies and guidelines are implemented in a way to enhance a peaceful industrial atmosphere.
    • Appropriate interpretation of Labour Laws to enhance management and employee relationships.
    • Ensure equal dispensation of disciplinary measures across board.
    • Implementation of equitable salaries for available jobs.
    • Ensures all agreements between management and employee are honoured.
    • Proposing and implementing approved training programmes.
    • Ensures a clean &safe working environment.
    • Oversee the general administration of the company.
    • Ensures follow-up &implementation of Management Resolution & Decisions.
    • Ensures functional equipment to provide logistic support company-wide.
    • Prompt settlement of statutory bills on land, properties, equipment andvehicles.
    • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proactively understand the company’s demands, working with colleagues across departments, and at the Department for International Trade headquarters in China.
    • Manage solid relationships with State Government, Federal Government, and all government agencies and departments.

    Requirements

    • University Degree (Bachelor's / Master's) in Human Resource, Social Sciences or Business Administration.
    • Minimum of 3 years in Management position
    • Computer literacy is an advantage.
    • Age: 25 - 30 years
    • Computer literacy is essential with skills in software such as Sage, ERP, SAP Quick Books, etc.
    • Maintenance planning and maintenance systems skills are highly desirable.
    • Strong Character with exceptional leadership and management skills.
    • The ability to effectively present information to all levels of the organization.
    • Strong safety commitment and improvement mindset.
    • Professional certificationlike CIPM will be an added advantage.
