You, as a HR Generalists, will proactively manage the life cycle of firm members.
You will lead key HR processes and programs across topics in each geography, ensure compliance with all legal requirements and support exceptional risk management.
You will actively counsel colleagues, managers, and leaders on a range of HR policies and guidelines.
Your Qualifications and Skills
University degree and excellent academic record required; advanced degree preferred
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
Ability to communicate effectively–both verbally and in writing–in English as well as the local office language
4+ years of general HR experience
Knowledge of HR/People systems (e.g., People Central)
Understanding of local labor considerations
Ability to navigate the life cycle of events for colleagues especially in compensation, payroll, and benefits will be advantageous
