Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive.
• The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and human resources administration.
• They will also be responsible for implementing employee engagement programs and initiatives, supporting the recruitment process, developing and implementing performance management strategies, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in HR Management, HR Operations, and Employee Relations
• Experience in developing, implementing, and administering HR policies and procedures
• Ability to manage complex HR issues and create and implement innovative solutions
• Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification in HR management, such as Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) is a plus
