The HR Executive will support the Human Resources function by handling recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The role ensures smooth day-to-day HR operations and contributes to a positive workplace culture.

Job Details

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and selection processes (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
• Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
• Support performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Administer payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary processes professionally.
• Support training and development programs and maintain training records.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4 years of relevant HR experience (FMCG experience is an added advantage).
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Professional HR certification is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
