What You Will Do:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract top talent that aligns with Rovatel Media’s vision and culture.
• Develop and implement engagement initiatives that foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry best practices, and company policies while maintaining a fair and ethical workplace.
• Support managers in creating growth-focused performance reviews, career development plans, and training initiatives.
• Develop strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, reduce turnover, and build a loyal, motivated workforce.
• Oversee the effectiveness of our hybrid work structure, ensuring smooth operations for both in-office and remote team members.
• Handle HR documentation, benefits administration, and conflict resolution, ensuring a seamless employee experience.

What You Bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in human resources, people management, or HR operations within a dynamic organization.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards in Nigeria.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to think strategically while executing HR operations with precision and efficiency.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, creative, or media-driven industry is a plus.
