    Human Resources Business Partner (Manufacturing)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the performance management process.
    • Support goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, and feedback mechanisms across teams.
    • Provide coaching to managers on performance-related conversations and employee development.
    • Lead talent identification, succession planning, and career pathing efforts.
    • Collaborate with leadership to identify high-potential employees and support their development plans.
    • Conduct talent reviews and support organizational workforce planning.
    • Design and implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
    • Conduct employee surveys, analyze results, and lead action planning with management.
    • Act as a culture ambassador, promoting company values and inclusive practices.
    • Conduct training needs analysis and design L&D programs aligned with business needs.
    • Coordinate and facilitate learning initiatives, workshops, and leadership development programs.
    • Track learning outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with focus on talent development and employee engagement.
    • Experience in designing and implementing performance management and L&D frameworks.
    • Strong facilitation, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical abilities.
    • Proficient in HRIS, survey tools, and learning management systems (LMS).
