This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant at The Startup Place Ltd in Lagos.
The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks associated with HR management, including HRIS management, benefits administration, and training support.
Qualifications
Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Knowledge of benefits administration processes
Training support and coordination experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidential information
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
