    Human Resources Assistant

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant at The Startup Place Ltd in Lagos.
    • The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks associated with HR management, including HRIS management, benefits administration, and training support.

    Qualifications

    • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
    • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
    • Knowledge of benefits administration processes
    • Training support and coordination experience
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to maintain confidential information
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
    • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
