    Human Resources and Administration Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency & manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance⁠.
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
    • Identify training needs specific to operations and implement skill enhancement programs.
    • Oversee payroll and compensation processes for employees.
    • Collaborate with the safety team to enforce workplace health and safety policies.
    • Supervise repair and maintenance tasks for company property.
    • Organize and manage meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and manage departmental budgets.⁠
    • Manage performance management systems and employee relations
    • Drive learning and development programs.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resource Management.
    • CIPM membership
    • Strong knowledge of Labour Laws and best practices.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Preferably Female candidates
