    Human Resources & Admin Manager

    Role

    • The HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for leading recruitment, onboarding, and staff development while driving performance management and employee engagement.
    • The role also oversees daily office operations, procurement, and vendor management, ensuring accurate records and compliance with labour laws and governance standards.
    • In addition, the manager will supervise administrative staff and coordinate logistics for meetings and events, fostering an efficient and high-performing workplace.

    Requirements

    • Degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations (HR certification like (CIPM/SHRM/CIPD preferred)
    • 5–7 years’ HR & admin management experience (preferably in corporate, membership-based, or development sector).
