    Resident Engineer (Civil / Highway)

    Job Summary

    • The Resident Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site technical leadership and oversight for highway construction projects.
    • The role involves taking key engineering decisions, interpreting construction drawings, supervising site activities, conducting measurements, and ensuring works are executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
    • The Resident Engineer will also double as the Work Zone Traffic Control (WZTC) Supervisor for the project.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide day-to-day on-site engineering supervision of highway construction works.
    • Interpret and implement approved construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.
    • Take key technical decisions required for smooth project execution.
    • Ensure construction works comply with approved designs, contract documents, and engineering standards.

    • Minimum of 12–15 years post-qualification experience in highway construction and engineering.
    • Proven experience in supervising major road/highway construction projects.

    Safety / Environmental Compliance Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Safety / Environmental Compliance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing the project’s Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) plans.
    • The role ensures full compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and project standards by proactively identifying hazards, monitoring site conditions, managing safety certifications, and preventing incidents.
    • The position also provides support as a Work Zone Traffic Control (WZTC) Officer during construction activities.

    Key Responsibilities
