Responsibilities

• Assist with ensuring the smooth onboarding of staff.
• Assist in the coordination of staff
• Manage junior staff.
• Help implement new policies, procedures, methods, and systems
• Help in recruitment of new staffs.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Human Resources Assistant.
• Minimum 1 year of solid experience as an Human Resource Assistant.
• Knowledge of Labour laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.
