Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Manager (Preferably a female) to lead and manage all aspects of our HR functions. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization\'s culture, ensuring compliance with employment laws and driving strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior management to forecast workforce needs and develop talent acquisition strategies.
• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews and selection.
• design and manage onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
• Foster a positive work environment through open communication and conflict resolution
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
• Develop amd implement performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
• Coach managers on effective performance feedback and goal setting
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations
• Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and proceedures
• Administer payroll, benefits and reward programs.
• Promote a culture of continous learning and professional growth.
