Responsibilities

• Manage performance appraisal systems to drive productivity and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance staff skills and performance.
• Develop and implement compensation and benefits structures.
• Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
• Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the retail, luxury, or service industry.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must live in close proximityto the Island.
