Job Description

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic team

Responsibilities

• Be in charge of the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support employee relations efforts, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and HR policies.
• Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
• Prepare and update HR documents, such as employee handbooks and policy manuals.
• Conduct new hire orientations and assist with the offboarding process.
• Provide support in performance management and employee evaluations.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace culture and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 2-3 years proven work experience as an HR Officer, HR Assistant, or in a similar HR role.
• Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• High level of confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
