    Human Resource Manager (HRM)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a strategic and people-oriented Human Resource Manager to lead and manage all HR functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and creating a positive, productive work environment aligned with the company’s goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    Recruitment & Talent Management

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.
    • Coordinate orientation and ensure seamless employee integration.

    Employee Relations

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee concerns.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
    • Manage workplace conflict using fair and effective HR practices.
    • Conduct periodic employee feedback and engagement initiatives.

    Performance Management

    • Implement and monitor performance management systems.
    • Support managers in setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
    • Identify high-performing employees for development and succession planning.
    • Recommend corrective actions where necessary.

    Learning & Development

    • Conduct training needs assessments across departments.
    • Plan and organize relevant training programmes for staff.
    • Track the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
    • Promote continuous professional development.

    HR Policies & Compliance

    • Develop, update, and enforce company HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labour laws and regulations.
    • Prepare HR reports and present insights to management.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Support the development and implementation of remuneration structures.
    • Oversee payroll input accuracy in collaboration with the finance team.
    • Recommend employee welfare initiatives and benefit programs.
    • Manage leave administration.

    Strategic HR Support

    • Participate in strategic planning meetings with management.
    • Provide HR insights to support business decisions.
    • Lead HR projects such as culture transformation, engagement drives, and process automation.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
    • 4–7 years proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager.
    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labour laws.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Proficiency in HR software/tools is an added advantage.
    • High emotional intelligence and strong problem-solving ability.
    • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
