Job Summary
The Human Resource Manager oversees all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent management, benefits administration, employee relations, and training and development. The HR Manager is expected to exhibit strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management and training and will be comfortable managing grey areas, effective and efficient with various HR processes.
