    Human Resource Manager

    Job Summary

    The Human Resource Manager oversees all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent management, benefits administration, employee relations, and training and development. The HR Manager is expected to exhibit strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management and training and  will be comfortable managing grey areas, effective and efficient with various HR processes.

     This role ensures compliance with labour laws and regulations, maintains a positive work environment, and supports the organization's strategic goals.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
    • Participate in developing organisational guidelines and procedures.
    • Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
    • Manage the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
    •  Conduct performance management and talent development programs
    • Administer benefits, compensation, and payroll
    •  Handle employee relations, conflicts, and grievances
    •  Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
    • Maintain accurate HR records and reports
    • Collaborate with management teams to support business objectives

    Skills and Qualifications

    •  Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
    • Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, PHRI etc)
    •  5+ years of HR experience
    • Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations
    •  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
    •  Proficiency in HR software and systems
