Reporting to the Administration Manager, the Human Resource Manager will oversee the recruiting and orientation of new staff; support staff development and training; foster a team culture; consult with the Management team on strategic planning relating to staff development; serve as a link between the organization's management and its employees; maintain knowledge of the Hospital's Conditions of service.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor of Science degree in Human resources management
National Youth Service or Exemption Certificate.
Additional courses in subjects such as conflict management, industrial psychology , or Other related fields will be an asset.
High Emotional Intelligence and Employee Coaching Skills.
Full understanding Of the Nigeria Labour Law.
Minimum 3 years of Human Resource Management or related work experience in organizing, directing, and leading others
Demonstrated decision-making skills in an organizational environment
Proven communication and interpersonal skills required to interact with managernent and employees; collaborate on teams and develop positive working relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to details
Abibty to work diligently under pressure and maintain cmfidentiality
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; working knowledge of oflce
