Human Resource Manager at ECWA Hospital, Egbe

The Position:

• Reporting to the Administration Manager, the Human Resource Manager will oversee the recruiting and orientation of new staff; support staff development and training; foster a team culture; consult with the Management team on strategic planning relating to staff development; serve as a link between the organization's management and its employees; maintain knowledge of the Hospital's Conditions of service.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Human resources management
• National Youth Service or Exemption Certificate.
• Additional courses in subjects such as conflict management, industrial psychology , or Other related fields will be an asset.
• High Emotional Intelligence and Employee Coaching Skills.
• Full understanding Of the Nigeria Labour Law.
• Minimum 3 years of Human Resource Management or related work experience in organizing, directing, and leading others
• Demonstrated decision-making skills in an organizational environment
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills required to interact with managernent and employees; collaborate on teams and develop positive working relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to details
• Abibty to work diligently under pressure and maintain cmfidentiality
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; working knowledge of oflce
