- Oversees recruitment, onboarding, staff performance, HR documentation, and employee welfare.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Candidates should posses a B.Sc / HND in HR, Business Admin, or related fields.
- CIPM/SHRM certification is an added advantage.
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years HR experience.
- Strong people-management & conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent HR policy knowledge & documentation ability.
- Firm, organized, and disciplined.
