We are seeking a Fresh Graduate HR Officer to join our dynamic team and support our people management processes.

Position: Human Resource (HR) Officer
Location: Lekki-Ajah Expressway

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day HR administrative duties and documentation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff record management.
• Maintain staff attendance and leave schedules.
• Assist in employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
• Help ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
• Provide support in performance appraisal and HR reporting activities.
• Carry out any other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements

• B.Sc./B.A./HND in any relevant field.
• Fresh graduate - must have completed NYSC.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Applicants must reside within Lekki-Ajah environs. 
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
