    Human Resource Executive

    Job Description
    Recruitment and Staffing:

    • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
    • Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions.

    Employee Relations:

    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
    • Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution when necessary.

    Performance Management:

    • Support the performance appraisal process, guiding managers and employees.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.

    Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and assist in the design and implementation of employee development programs. 
    • Organize orientation sessions for new hires and facilitate ongoing training sessions.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs. - Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

    HR Administration:

    • Maintain personnel records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Prepare HR reports and metrics to support organizational decision-making.
    • Policy Development:
    • Contribute to the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure communication and adherence to HR policies across the organization.

    Qualifications

    •  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role (2-4 years preferred).
    • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor law, and employment regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS).
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

    Key Competencies:

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
