We are looking for a qualified HR personnel to oversee all human resources operation in the selected department and also ensure they align with our organizational goals.
Job Description
Manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department
Maintain and update employee records
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, evaluations).
Attend to employees request regarding human resources issues, policy, rules and regulations
Payroll Management
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Implement effective on-boarding plans.
Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics.
Participate in HR projects.
Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
All other related and assigned duties
Requirements
At least 3 years’ experience as HR generalist or business partner
Proficiency in the use of MS Office (excel, word, ppt)
A Minimum of bachelor's degree in any HR or social science or related discipline
HR certification will be an added advantage
A good understanding of HR processes and policies.
Strong Communications skills
Excellent organizational skills
Team player
Knowledge of an ERP software is an added advantage
