    Human Capital Manager

    Job Purpose

    • Responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Capital practice and processes and ensuring the proper implementation of the company’s strategy and objectives.
    • You are also responsible for promoting corporate values and culture, and enabling success through job design, recruitment, performance management, training and development, employee relations and talent management.

    Key Responsibilities
    HR Strategic Planning:

    • Develop human resources strategy for the Bank in line with its overall corporate strategy.
    • Design the Bank’s human resource structure in line with the business strategy and corporate objectives of the Bank.
    • Review, amend and draft job descriptions for all job roles and functions across the Bank.
    • Formulate HR Plans, Policies & procedures according to organizational objectives.

    HR Administration:

    • Prepare HR budget and ensure compliance with the budget.

    Manpower Planning:

    • Organize meetings with Senior Management and make plans for the Bank’s manpower requirements.
    • Set up and maintain succession planning framework for relevant job roles and functions across the Bank

    Recruitment management:

    • Develop a robust recruitment and selection process aimed at hiring top talents into the bank.
    • Decide recruitment channels.

    Compensations Schemes & Benefits Management:

    • Review and approve the compensations & benefits management system: Salaries, rewards and benefit system.

    Performance Appraisals and Management:

    • Formulate effective Performance Appraisal/Management Policy, Procedures and ensure its compliance.
    • Review and analyse the performance appraisal management process.

    Employees Relations Management:

    • Set up policies and procedures for the treatment of employee horizontal and vertical inter-organizational conflicts.
    • Enhance organizational communications.
    • Encourage and develop employee communication.
    • Ensure proper management of Staff amenities and occupational and health safety.

    Training and staff Development:

    • Identify the areas for development.
    • Explore the new skills to enhance productivity.
    • Administer the Training Policy

    Requirements

    • First Degree in any discipline
    • Relevant professional certifications such as Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SPHR, GPHR and/or a second degree are Minimum of a first degree
    • Minimum of 8 years in the HR role
