    Human Capital Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Head of Human Capital will play a strategic role in driving Infohob’s talent acquisition, workforce outsourcing, and people management functions while aligning HR strategies with the company’s broader business goals. This role oversees end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, and compliance. The ideal candidate will also support tech training initiatives and workforce planning to meet client needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    Talent Acquisition & Outsourcing

    • Lead full-cycle recruitment for Infohob and its clients, ensuring top-tier talent acquisition in IT, software development, and tech-related roles.
    • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, industry partnerships, and engagement initiatives.
    • Oversee workforce outsourcing, ensuring seamless deployment and management of contract staff for client projects.
    • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand recruitment needs and align hiring strategies with business objectives.

    Learning & Development

    • Design and implement training programs tailored to tech industry needs, including.
    • Collaborate with external trainers, industry experts, and learning institutions to enhance training offerings.
    • Utilize advanced learning technologies such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training tools.
    • Ensure training programs align with emerging trends, regulatory standards, and client requirements.

    Client Management

    • Serve as the primary HR liaison for Infohob’s clients, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their talent acquisition, outsourcing, and training and development needs.
    • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
    • Oversee the seamless execution of outsourcing services, ensuring quality standards are met.

    HR Strategy & Employee Relations

    • Develop and oversee HR policies and initiatives that support business growth and workforce engagement.
    • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and retention strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations across recruitment, outsourcing, and employee management.
    • Manage compensation, payroll, benefits administration, and statutory compliance.

    Strategic Leadership & Workforce Planning

    • Align HR strategies with Infohob’s core business areas: recruitment, outsourcing, and tech training.
    • Provide workforce analytics and insights to support business decisions and improve hiring efficiency.
    • Develop relationships with industry stakeholders, job fair organizers, and tech communities to strengthen Infohob’s employer brand.
    • Drive employer branding and candidate experience initiatives to position Infohob as a top choice for tech talent.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional HR certification (CIPM/D, SHRM) is preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum of 3- 5 years in HR, preferably in tech recruitment, outsourcing, or HR consulting.

    Skills:

    • Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in HR software, ATS, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
    • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, outsourcing compliance, and HR best practices.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
