Drive the organisation’s human capital strategy and group‑wide HR frameworks, ensuring effective talent management, organisational development and HR governance.
Responsibilities
Support development and implementation of the human capital strategy aligned to organisational goals.
Develop and maintain group HR policies, frameworks and processes.
Lead organisation‑wide talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
Coordinate workforce planning, manpower budgeting and organisational design.
Oversee performance‑management frameworks and reward strategy across the organisation.
Drive learning and development strategy and capability‑building.
Champion employee engagement, culture and change management.
Ensure HR compliance and governance across the group (labour law, statutory obligations).
Provide HR analytics and insight to the MD’s office.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences or a related field; Master’s or MBA an advantage.
6–8 years’ HR experience, including HR strategy or organisational development
