This entry-level opportunity is designed to provide hands-on exposure across core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, HR operations, and compliance, within a fast-paced and structured work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
Support onboarding activities for new hires.
Assist in maintaining accurate employee records, update databases (both digital and physical), and assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.
Support employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and feedback collection. Help address basic staff inquiries and escalate complex issues to the HR Leaders.
Assist in coordinating training sessions, tracking employee participation, maintaining learning records, and compiling post-training evaluations.
Learn and help implement HR policies, labour law updates, and internal guidelines.
Assist in maintaining compliance documentation and reports.
Support the collation and filing of performance appraisal data and help organise review meetings as required.
Contribute to ongoing HR improvement projects and initiatives, including digitization, process updates, and employee surveys.
Perform other HR-related duties and administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR functions and a desire to build a career in human resources.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
High attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.
