HR Team Lead - Lekki

An indigenous oil & gas servicing company that provides EPCIC services seeks the services of an HR Officer to join their diverse team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting all human resources activities that involve planning, developing and coordination of people affairs in the organization.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities 

• Bachelor's degree. Additional HR certifications will be advantageous.
• 7 years in HR Operations Activities within the oil and gas servicing sector
• 3 Years managerial experience in Oil and Gas Servicing sector
• Experienced in setting up HR department
• Knowledgeable about Nigerian Labour Laws
• Experienced in managing employee relations and the relationship with Labour Unions
• Overseeing Payroll Processing & Compensation, Salary, Time Management, Full & Final Settlement, and Post Recruitment Procedures.
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Experienced in Manpower Planning, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Human Resources Policy & Systems, and all facets of HR.
• Driving the company’s HR administration, by reviewing policies as they relate to staff handbook, appraisal, targets and KPIs, employee discipline, and promotions and raises.
• responsible for the effective management of the company's outsourced and contact project team members.
