Job summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Outsourcing Executive to oversee and manage the full spectrum of our HR Outsourcing.
• The ideal candidate will bring expertise in business process outsourcing, human resource management, and the application of psychometric and behavioral tools.
• S/he will be responsible for developing and managing a talent pool, working with facilitators and advisory boards, and executing a wide range of HR-related tasks.

Requirements

Education, Certification and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, or a related field.
• Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
• Proven experience in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry is mandatory.
• Experience using psychometric and behavioral tools such as Thomas International PPA or any other is a plus
