We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Officer to support day-to-day HR processes, ensure compliance with company policies, and provide seamless HR services to employees.
This role will focus on HR administration, employee records management, payroll support, and HRIS updates while contributing to a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee records and ensure accurate documentation in line with company policy.
Support payroll preparation by providing accurate and timely employee data.
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and induction.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (pensions, tax, medicals, etc.).
Provide HR operational support to employees and respond to HR-related queries.
Update and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS) and generate reports.
Assist with HR projects, audits, and policy implementation.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
