    HR Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a talented and dedicated HR Officer to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will be passionate about people and processes, with a flair for building strong employee relations.
    • As an HR Officer, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
    • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
    • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
    • Coordinate performance management activities and training programs.
    • Support the implementation and enforcement of organizational policies.
    • Drive employee engagement and manage welfare initiatives.
    • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required.
    • Handle HR administration tasks
