    Human Resource and Administrative Officer

    • We are seeking a proactive and structured HR & Admin Officer to support our growing MEP construction operations.
    • The ideal candidate will manage workforce administration across site and office locations, coordinate recruitment for technical roles, ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations, and oversee administrative efficiency.
    • This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both office-based and site-related HR activities.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of technical and site-based staff, including engineers, technicians, and supervisors.
    • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
    • Monitor staff attendance, leave management, and site deployment.
    • Support performance management processes and disciplinary actions in line with company policy.
    • Coordinate staff training programs, onboarding activities, and site inductions.
    • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and statutory obligations, including pensions and other regulatory requirements.
    • Provide HR advisory and operational support to site supervisors and management.
    • Oversee daily office and site administrative operations.
    • Manage staff and project documentation to meet client and contractual requirements.
    • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly HR and administrative reports.
    • Coordinate vendors and support facility management activities.
    • Ensure proper filing, control, and safeguarding of company assets and records.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's Degree / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 3-5 years HR/Admin experience, preferably in construction or engineering industry.
    • Experience managing blue-collar and site workforce is highly preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices. proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
    • Strong communication and coordination skills.

    QA/QC Engineer

    RESPONSIBILITIES, SCOPE OF EXPERIENCE:

    • Develop, implement, and maintain Project Quality Plans (PQP) for MEP works.
    • Prepare and review Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or fire protection systems.
    • Ensure all quality documentation (method statements, material submittals, shop drawings) are approved prior to site execution.
    • Maintain QA/QC records including inspection reports, test results, checklists, NCRs, and as-built documentation.
    • Conduct regular site inspections for MEP installations
    • Verify installations compliance with approved drawings, specifications, manufacturer recommendations, and relevant codes (ASHRAE, NFPA IEC, BS, local authority regulations, etc.).
    • Witness and verify testing activities such as pressure testing, insulation resistance testing, continuity testing, flushing, balancing, and commissioning readiness.
    • Support preparation of MEP handover documents, including manuals, warranties, and as-built drawings.
    • Ensure all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities are executed as per approved procedures.
    • Identify, raise, and manage Non-conformance Reports (NCRs) for MEP works as well as monitoring that they are closed out with re-inspection.
    • Participate in internal and external quality audits.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
    • Minimum 2-5 years of QA/QC experience in MEP construction projects (commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure).
    • Strong knowledge of MEP codes, standards, and local authority requirements.
    • Proven experience with inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.

    Work Environment

    • primarily site-based with exposure to active construction environments.
    • May require extended working hours during testing, commissioning, or project handover phases.

    Human Resource and Administrative Manager

    RESPONSIBILITIES, SCOPE OF EXPERIENCE:

    • Revise and advise on the company's compensation program after the appraisal year.
    • Creating and revising job descriptions annually
    • Conducting annual salary surveys
    • Update the company's salary schedule by the 25th Of every month
    • Developing, analyzing and updating the employee evaluation program quarterly
    • Develop/ revise organizational policies and procedures
    • Maintaining and revising the company's handbook on policies and procedures

    • Prepare and submit the annual report by the 20th of December.

    SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

    • Excellent decision-making, Strategic thinking, Leadership, Interpersonal, Ethical conduct skills, Well- educated in their field Of expertise.
    • Minimum Experience Required: IO Years
    • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in a human resource-related field;
    • Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management.
    • Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in Management with a concentration in HR.
    • Bachelor Of Business Administration (BBA).
    • A master's degree in human resource management would be an added advantage.
    • Member of a professional body.

    Mechanical Project Engineer

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supervise and execute MEP works on site including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems in accordance with approved shop drawings and project specification.
    • Plan daily, weekly and monthly site activities in coordination with the Project Manager and construction team as well as the allocation of manpower, materials and equipments.
    • Study and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and schedules and identify as well as flag discrepancies while ensuring Only latest approved drawings are used for construction.
    • Coordinate with QA/QC engineers for inspections and testing activities, and ensure MEP installations apply with applicable codes and standards.
    • Coordinate material requests, deliveries, and site storage as per project schedule, verify quality of materials delivered to site are approved and match submittals, and supervise as well as monitor subcontractor performance against approved company standards.
    • Assist in testing and commissioning of MEP systems including pressure testing, flushing, energization, and functional testing, support preparation of as-built drawings and handover documentations at project completion
    • Ensure compliance with site HSE requirements and company safety policies, ensure permits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments are followed on site.
    • Prepare daily progress reports, weekly report and monthly reports and site records.
    • Track work progress against project schedule and highlight delays or risks.
    • Maintain site logs, inspection requests, change orders and technical records.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
    • 3-6 years of experience as an Mechanical Site Engineer in construction projects.
    • Proven experience in site execution of MEP systems in commercial, residential, or industrial projects.

    Technical Competencies

    • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction practices, and site coordination as well as software like AUTOCAD, REVIT,MS Project.
    • Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical documents.
    • Good communication and coordination skills with site teams and consultants.
