The HR Officer will manage the operations of the HR department, handling end-to-end recruitment of operations staff, employee relations, staff welfare and engagement.
The incumbent will manage the life cycle of operations staff from entry to exit
Requirements
BSc / BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as an HR Officer or a similar role
Experience in the food and retail sector is desirable
Membership of a relevant professional body; CIPM, HRCI, CIPD or SHRM
Practical and up-to-date knowledge of Labour law regulations and best practices
Practical knowledge of all HR functions
High degree of tact, diplomacy and discretion is essential
