Job Summary

• The HR Officer will manage the operations of the HR department, handling end-to-end recruitment of operations staff, employee relations, staff welfare and engagement.
• The incumbent will manage the life cycle of operations staff from entry to exit

Requirements

• BSc / BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as an HR Officer or a similar role
• Experience in the food and retail sector is desirable
• Membership of a relevant professional body; CIPM, HRCI, CIPD or SHRM
• Practical and up-to-date knowledge of Labour law regulations and best practices
• Practical knowledge of all HR functions
• High degree of tact, diplomacy and discretion is essential
• Candidates should live close to the work location.
