Responsibilities

• Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards and best practices.
• Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain employee records and handle HR administrative tasks.
• Provide guidance to management on HR-related issues and support employee development initiatives.
• Collaborate with legal teams on employment law matters.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Abuja.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A law degree (LLB) is an advantage, especially with HR experience.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
