Job Summary

• We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Officer to support daily HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, attendance, documentation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, screening, interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and HR files.
• Handle employee enquiries and support employee relations.
• Assist with payroll preparation and statutory documentation.
• Support performance management, training, and staff welfare activities.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and Nigerian labour regulations.
• Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management.

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of HR processes, employee relations, and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel; HRIS experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
