Job Overview

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
• Establish and maintain effective employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Develop and implement performance management systems.
• Conduct/propose training and development programs for employees.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain HR records and prepare reports.
• Oversee the administration of rewards/benefits and payroll coordination
• Handledocumentation as it pertains to the employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.
• Proven experience in the automotive industry preferred.
• Thorough understanding of labour laws and regulations.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• HRIS proficiency preferred.
